      • Provide accurate and complete sender/recipient information.
      • Not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or fragile items unless clearly declared and approved.
      • Ensure packages are properly packed and labeled.
      • Pay applicable service charges at the time of request or delivery.

3. Delivery Timelines

While we strive to meet promised delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such delays.

4. Liability

Duncan GH Express shall not be liable for:

      • Loss or damage to items not properly packaged or declared.
      • Delays caused by factors beyond our control.
      • Inaccurate delivery details provided by the sender.

For valuable items, customers are advised to request insurance coverage where available.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Deliveries can be cancelled before dispatch. Once in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service failure.

6. Account Registration

To access certain features (e.g., bulk delivery dashboard), users may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

7. Intellectual Property
